The Comfort Bear collaboration paired with the “You Are Loved!” empowering message, is provided by Power Speaks Louder and assembled through PSL Community Outreach youth programs.

Power Speaks Louder is a multidimensional 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting and supporting those in need. Through a range of programs and services, paired with encouraging messages, underserved communities are streghthened with the transformative power of words and action.

Inside Safe – a bold city-wide, voluntary, proactive housing-led strategy, driven by the vision of L.A. Mayor Karen Bass, emphasizes the importance of bringing people inside from tents and encampments while preventing their return. It prioritizes upholding the well-being and dignity of all residents.
