Power Speaks Louder was invited by Olympic Swimmer, Vivian Stancil to be a vendor at the VSOF Drown Proof / Swim Clinic event where Vivian along with other swim coaches taught the Riverside community of all ages drown proofing and water safely techniques to reduce the rate of drowning.
At the age of 49, blind and afraid of water, Vivian Stancil dove in to save her life.
