Free Food Drive-Thru

Every 2nd & 4th Thursday, 10:30 AM, at the Moreno Valley Mall parking lot, Crunch Fitness entrance. Check in upon arrival, no pre-registration required. Early arrival suggested. Must have a vehicle.

Power Speaks Louder Program

Street Outreach Distribution

Every 2nd & 4th Saturday, we depart at 9 AM and distribute lunch along a set route throughout Moreno Valley. This is a route-based outreach, not door-to-door delivery. We do not accept requests for direct deliveries.

These are referral services only. We share this list so you can reach the right agency directly. Each organization manages its own intake process, eligibility, wait times, and placement decisions. Power Speaks Louder is not responsible for how long that process takes or its outcome.

Start here: housing & homelessness

Home Connect

Riverside County's official intake line for anyone who is homeless or about to lose housing. Staff will assess your situation and begin the process of matching you to shelter or housing. Serves singles and families, all ages.

This is a process, not instant placement. It may take a few days to hear back.

Emergency shelter (adults)

Path of Life Ministries

Year-round emergency shelter with case management for adult men and women, plus extra cold-weather beds December through mid-April. Most placements here come through Home Connect first.

Youth & young adults, ages 11–24

Operation SafeHouse

Direct intake, no referral needed. Emergency shelter for runaway or homeless youth 11–17, transitional housing for 18–21, and street outreach for ages 11–24. Voluntary program; if a youth isn't a fit, staff help find the right place instead.

Substance use recovery & support

The Hole in Wall Inc.

A community-based drop-in center offering 12-step recovery meetings, rehabilitation support, and housing referral services. Availability may be limited, call ahead.
