Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 2026
By completing your sponsorship enrollment and checking the acknowledgment box on our enrollment form, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute the full understanding between the sponsor and Power Speaks Louder, a nonprofit community outreach organization serving the Inland Empire.
Sponsorship Tiers

Gold Community Partner sponsors at the $20,000 annual level will receive a formal sponsorship agreement in addition to these terms.
Payment Terms
Monthly sponsorships are processed automatically online via our secure Donorbox portal. Annual sponsorships may be paid online or by check made payable to Power Speaks Louder. Annual sponsors may contact us directly at info@powerspeakslouder.com to arrange invoicing. All payments must be received by the enrollment deadline to ensure inclusion in that cycle's printed materials and banner placement.
Enrollment Deadlines & Cycles

Sponsors who enroll after the deadline will be recognized digitally and added to printed materials at the next available cycle. Annual sponsors receive priority banner placement.
Sponsorship Deliverables
Power Speaks Louder will fulfill all recognition and benefits associated with the sponsor's selected tier for the duration of the active sponsorship term. Deliverables include but are not limited to banner placement, Contributor Wall recognition, website listing, and social media features as outlined on our sponsorship page at powerspeakslouder.org/sponsorship.
Sponsorship banner will be displayed at Drive-Thru Community Outreach Events held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month and PSL Evolve Walk/Run Club events held the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month throughout the active sponsorship term.
Logo & Brand Rights
By enrolling as a sponsor, you grant Power Speaks Louder the right to use your company name, logo, and brand assets solely for the purpose of fulfilling the sponsorship deliverables outlined in these terms. Power Speaks Louder will not alter your logo without written approval. You may use the Power Speaks Louder name to promote your community partnership.
High-resolution logo files must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment to ensure timely inclusion in printed materials.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly sponsors may cancel with 30 days written notice submitted to info@powerspeakslouder.com. The current month's payment is non-refundable. Monthly sponsors are responsible for cancelling their recurring payment through the Donorbox donor portal or by contacting us directly.
Annual sponsorships are non-refundable once the enrollment deadline has passed and materials have been produced. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@powerspeakslouder.com.
Termination
Power Speaks Louder reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship if the sponsor engages in conduct that conflicts with the organization's mission, values, or community standards. In such cases written notice will be provided and all sponsor recognition will be removed at the next practicable opportunity.
Renewals
Sponsorships do not automatically renew unless the sponsor is enrolled in Donorbox recurring monthly payments. Power Speaks Louder will send a renewal notice prior to the end of the sponsorship term. Sponsors wishing to renew must confirm and submit payment before the next cycle's enrollment deadline.
Limitation of Liability
Power Speaks Louder will make every effort to fulfill all sponsorship deliverables. In the event of circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather, venue changes, or event cancellations, Power Speaks Louder will make reasonable accommodations to fulfill deliverables at the next available opportunity.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this sponsorship shall be resolved in good faith between both parties.
